Justin Wiley
Justin Wiley is the Strategy and Development Director for UC Berkeley’s Institute of Transportation Studies and Partners for Advanced Transportation Technology. He leads partnership development and strategic growth initiatives that connect academic research with public- and private-sector implementation. Justin brings deep experience in mobility innovation, including co-founding Green Bike Share, helping scale JUMP Bikes through its acquisition by Uber, and leading strategic partnerships at Swiftly to support public transit modernization. For ACCEL-RT, he supports partnership development, research translation, and stakeholder engagement to help advance scalable autonomous freight solutions for rural and Tribal communities.
